The Dashboard

The first thing you will see after logging into the WebCRM is the dashboard, which gives you an overview of the most recent actions that were performed using the WebCRM, e.g. the most recent event, the latest changes made to an activity, etc.

Of course, the items on this page are shortcuts. Clicking them brings you directly to their respective individual pages for viewing or editing them.

The menu at the top lets you access the entries that can be managed using the WebCRM, e.g. accounts or contact persons. With the exception of Agendas, every item in this main menu opens a page for searching specific entries, e.g. activities, and for creating new ones:

You can use the input field to the left to find entries whose title includes all the letters or words you entered. On the Activities page, for example, searching for magazine yields all entries like the first one shown on the screenshot above.

There are two buttons in the top right hand corner. Clicking the magnifying glass opens the panel for searching the complete content stored in the WebCRM (global search). The button depicting a person opens a submenu for logging off, accessing your personal WebCRM entry, and for changing your password or the WebCRM settings (if you are permitted to do this).

There is a subnavigation underneath the main navigation (Home > Activities in the screenshot above). The subnavigation reflects the level of detail you are currently viewing or editing. This is handy for returning to a particular entry, for example, without having to search for it again.

Clicking the JustRelate logo at the top left hand corner always returns you to the dashboard.
